Cam's 4 Month Check

Cam went for her four month check today and she weighed in at 14lbs. and 24 1/4 inches long. I asked about her not wanting to roll over or lay on her belly or on her back and the Dr. said maybe she just wants to skip that part. She only wants to be sitting or standing up so she can watch Parker or see what is going on. I asked if we could start introducing cereal and fruits and she said go ahead. We all sit together for dinner and Cam sits in the highchair where we can strap her in. She loves it. She doesn't like to be left out and always wants to be around people. She has very good head control and her core is strong, she just doesn't want to be put on her belly or back. She has started to push her legs up like she is going to roll over, but she doesn't. She is going to be walking before we know it.

She Just Might Look Like Me

Up until now I didn't think either child looked like me, but I found these pics on my mom's computer and now I've changed my mind. I too had the "healthy" chin that Cam has. Maybe she does look like me afterall.

3 Months Already! Say Whaaaat?

Can you believe it? My little baby is already three months old. Right now she is in love with her brother, wants to sit up, holds her head up by herself, started to notice her feet and hands and is a great eater! She has been wearing her 3-6 months clothes since she was 2 months old. She recently received a bumbo and she loves it! Granny and Poppy gave a early present. She sits up in it and watched everyone. Cam also has been sleeping through the night for about a month now. She goes to bed between 7 and 8 and is up around 6:30. A few nights ago she went to sleep at 6 pm and slept until 6:30 am. She started laughing and making cutey baby noises in the last couple weeks. She gets the biggest smile on her face when she sees us, especially Parker. What wonderful blessings we have been given.

My Little Lady

I can't believe how fast Cam is growing. She is such a good baby and she finally slept through the night lastnight for the first time. Last week she went to the doctor for her two month check and she is 11 lbs 12 oz. What a big girl! She is 23.5 inches long now. I've already started wearing her in her 3-6 month outfits bc the 0-3 are too short and in some cases....too small. She is super drool baby and I keep thinking she is about to get a tooth. I do think that Parker's first tooth came in around 3 month, not that it means anything. I thought Cam would come a couple weeks early and that surely didn't happen. Things are going so well with both babies. I'm so blessed to have two healthy, happy babies.
